Tankless Water Heaters
Never run out of hot water. That statement speaks volumes if you have ever been in a shower as the water increasingly gets colder. Tankless water heaters address that issue. Because they are not a storage type heater but rather a type of small boiler, that claim of never running out of hot water is true. Tankless water heaters heat the water as it is needed. As long as you have a shower, sink, washing machine, etc. requiring hot water running you will not run out. A tankless water heater properly sized and installed to the manufacturers specifications will give you just that. Endless hot water. So take that 20, 30 or 50 minute shower. You will never run out. What are the installation costs of a tankless water heater? I am asked that question frequently. Installed costs will vary from installation to installation with some KEY areas that will determine the final project costs. Those being the number of fixtures in the house the unit will service usually determined in GPM (gallons per minute). Availability of electricity to the unit. Required for operation. Size of gas line required to provide correct gas volume to the unit. And if the unit is going to be insatlled indoors or on the exterior of the house. All of these factors will come into play in determining the final install costs. One thing I can say with confidence is that everyone I know who has had on installed CORRECTLY, loves them.
