Garbage disposal odors.
I recently had a customer who had a unpleasent odor coming from their gabage disposal. They tried all kinds of things to remedy the problem. Using bleach, soaps and lemon rinds to freshen up the disposal. Unfortunately these are only temporary masking agents and the odor will re-appear shortly. Replacing the disposal completely cured the issue. Sludge and bacteria will build up on and under the grinder plate making cleaning nearly impossible. Sometimes replacement is the best option.
